Our monthly plans include a free vanity keyword(s). The keyword you select will completely identify your business and it is yours as long as you have a service plan. The cost of your keyword is included in your monthly package.

TEXT-TO-JOIN

With text-to-join, your customers will send a text message with your keyword to a short code, such as 90583. Your customers will receive a custom auto-reply response from your message center within seconds when they opt-in.

ADVANCED OPT-IN FEATURES

Hometown Mobile Solutions makes every effort to find inventive ways for our clients to customize their service plan to benefit their business. One of those ways is with our advanced opt-in features. In addition to the custom auto reply message, you will be able to send an auto-offer reply, lead notifications to collect e-mail addresses or other information you like to collect (birthday, favorite band, beverage, dinner, etc.). You can also receive comments or messages sent to your keyword. It is completely up to you how many or how few of the opt-in features you want to use. Every package includes these features: voting, polling, survey, trivia, text2screen, text2win and redeemables (coupon blasts and keyword coupons). You are also able to send a post to Facebook and Twitter.

Offers & Coupons – This is an example of how you can create a powerful mobile offer or coupon. Encourage your customers to text in to receive a special offer or coupon. By doing so, you will collect their mobile number for future marketing campaigns. “Thank you for joining our Mobile VIPs. Receive ½ priced appetizers or desserts when you show this message to our wait staff. Reply STOP to stop.”
